The YTB travel problem starts when it purports itself a travel agent or an international leisure travel company and is not and offers a lucrative opportunity in its travel business. This creates YTB travel complaints with its customers, who book travel with YTB travel agents borne out as referred/marketed potential travel agent prospects guided into the mystic of becoming travel agents, in whom emphasis and background is engineered as marketeers and are unlearned booking/selling of travel packages, ie, the function of a traditional brick-and-mortar travel store as it were.

Traverus Travel is more international and, generally speaking, intellectually honest about the travel industry, and dedicated to the travel business of developing, training, and paying out higher income to, travel agents while balancing a greater compensation plan for marketing and referring other people to become qualified certified travel agents than that of YTB International, Inc. Traverus Travel has networked successfully travel agents in over 90 countries and was for years, a brick-and-mortar liesure travel company before it transcended to expand marketing travel agents into the home-based business/travel store. Traverus Travel does it ethically better, because Traverus Travel does not sugar coat what they are or what they are not.
