YTB TRAVEL COMPLAINT PROBLEMS

YTB TRAVEL COMPLAINT PROBLEMS

YTB Travel Problems are exploding. It looks like YTB Travel time will spend its vacation time reviewing over YTB Travel problems. YTB travel complaints and YTB travel lawsuits are abound.

The lawyers at Carey and Danis, L.L.C. are currently investigating a consumer protection class action case against the following: YTB International, Inc.; YourTravelBiz.com; YTB.com; and YTB Travel Network, Inc. The attorneys for the plaintiffs consider the YTB Travel problems a scam. The YTB travel complaints received and YTB Travel lawsuits filed by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) have opened the market for attorneys for these YTB travel complaints and YTB travel lawsuits, from consumers who pay the YTB an initial set up fee of approximately $500 and monthly fees at about $50. with the expectation that they are buying into a travel agency franchise and with the expectation of receiving a return.

However, as said before, the YTB Travel problem is allegedly a pyramid scheme that has generated millions of dollars for the top echelon and left consumers with nothing. Pyramid schemes such as the one YTB International, Inc., YourTravelBiz.com, YTB.com and YTB Travel Network, Inc. are illegal by statute in Illinois. Furthermore, practices like this have been deemed against public policy in all 50 states and consumer protection, according to Carey & Danis law firm. Carey & Danis class action attorneys whose years of experience in taking on major corporations in cases just like this have recovered nearly a billion dollars to injured parties or consumers.

Are the criticisms unfair? YTB travel problem is manifested in the reasonableness of risks faced in multi-level marketing (MLM); however, the YTB travel problem lacks a meritorious defense against all the subsequent YTB travel complaints and YTB travel lawsuits. With a failure rate that exceeds over 80%, YTB still manages to continue marketing/ selling the same exaggerated claims to its associates. Is it reasonable to believe that a corporation would operate a business to induce a party to invest money continuously, knowing that the induced party is likely to fail, but its corporate heads should still reap the rewards from the inducement. Does a General in a war send his troops out to battle knowing that they'll lose and die, if the concept was to win the war with the least amount of casualties; ie, how to maximize profits and for whom? The YTB travel problem operates on a principal that profits are earned from a failure rate. This is catastrophic liberal economics, where the rich get rich off the poor!!!

Traverus Travel perceives the purpose of business is to earn income for the household, the workforce, not just for the generals and ceo's. Traverus Travel is innovative in making money by a philosophically simple belief in going into business with its people to create wealth at the lower echelon of the corporate ladder.
