I've received some criticisms from anonymous personages, likely representatives of YTB travel, whom are offended of any constructive criticisms of YTB as expressed in My posts on the YTB travel complaints and YTB travel lawsuits, and overall YTB travel problems, and the email ericsucks@traverus.com
YTB travel problems, could better be represented if YTB , International Inc. did not have this following of loyalists. I surmise that such a loyal following or YTB sympathiser is for his or her efforts, compensated. Why would anyone engage in an attack against promulgations of facts about YTB travel problems, unless they were being paid to stymie the attacks against YTB International, Inc. What interest would such a person or alien being have with YTB, International Inc., that would motivate personal attacks against me, for my public criticisms of YTB, International, Inc? I would suggest that YTB International, Inc. would have an interest in paying someone to shun me from speaking out. (Granted, I do not have any evidence, other than circumstance, of YTB International, Inc. trying to attack me and others as myself for critcizing YTB--it is perhaps only guilt by association) Incidentally, YTB travel problems, YTB travel lawsuits, and YTB travel complaints are established on the merits of the controversy associated with recent public events, the surrounding controversy of mlm and YTB international, Inc. YTB TRAVEL COMPLAINT PROBLEMS attempts an inquiry on policy formation borne out of an mlm scheme with YTB International Inc.
Albeit political, or "policy" speech perhaps is, generally, challenging dictates of government and not private sectors, the plethora of lawsuits historically, associated in civil actions against hindrances of business or employment using vindictive speech, to harass or destroy the credibility of honest inquiries, may also violate the doctrines set forth in the "Times Doctrine"-- "New York Times vs Sullivan" . The New York Times case and its subsequent following US Supreme court decisions, referred to actions regarded as "actual malice", in liable and slander. While anyone may apply some reasonable level of constructive criticism, defamatory expression will only damage the credibility of YTB Travel International, Inc. and foment support of further criticisms that I have discussed about YTB travel, International, Inc. YTB travel problems are its own doing, and what thugs it may entertain to suspend my criticism is an outrage.
The facts are that YTB travel Problems resulted from corporate design to induce people to submit large investments into a failing business opportunity, yet the profit off the blood of consumers or entrepreneur's investigating in a mlm opportunity were not interested in an MLM scam. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) responds or takes actions upon receipt of substantial complaints. The BBB received a substantial number of YTB travel complaints, and therefore, in response of the filed YTB travel complaints to the BBB, some states filed YTB travel lawsuits. YTB travel lawsuits have been filed in California and Illinois. YTB travel problems are borne out of allegations of questionable mlm tactics and with that, its founding members, listed parties to YTB travel lawsuits, are rightly subject to public scrutiny.
So far, I have not, nor will I ever, lower my investigative efforts to truth to the level expressed by the opposition, but you, the reader, will decide what you think and therefore, perhaps, if worthy of your time, pose the question to the email against me.
YTB, International Inc. ought to, as i would admonish, have its lawyers read up on the laws of defamation so that they can be better be informed about the law. In the meantime, let the facts show who is really full of it, referring to the email, and who is full of information that will help you in your decision to earn an income and make money legitimately.
